Welcome to in prose. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use in prose.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (reviews, ratings, notes, posts, activity). You are responsible for it and confirm you have the right to share it. You grant in prose the licence needed to store and display your content to the audiences you choose (public, friends, or private).

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users. You can report content or block a user at any time using the in-app report and block tools. Reports are reviewed and we act on objectionable content and abusive users — including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts — normally within 24 hours.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data without permission
• Attack, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer the app

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms or the content rules above. You may request account deletion at any time.

6. Service provided “as is”

We work to keep in prose accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or accuracy. You use it at your own risk.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. End User Licence Agreement

in prose grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app. This licence ends if you delete your account or breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
